 In addition to operating my Montreal bed and breakfast, each season, I bake a limited quantity of artisanal fruitcakes for sale at Boulanger Bassin B&B and for mail-order in Canada and the U.S.A. Handcrafted in small batches, my cakes are aged from several months to years, allowing for a dark, semi- moist texture.

Absent in these marvels are the candied fruits and artificial flavoring commonly found in mass produced varities.

I use only premier quality dried fruits and nuts which are mascerated with various alcohols, contributing to an unparalleled taste experience.
